OUR

PHILOSOPHY

We believe in the importance of service to others.  In order to be our best, and do our best for others, we need to learn to take care of ourselves.  Caregiving is a precious gift on the receiving end and an honor on the giving end. Our heart, our mind, and our body needs to be full in order for that gift to spill over onto others!

Meet our Owner

Oncology-Trained Esthetician/Nail Technician/Healing Touch Practitioner

My name is Susan and I whole-heartedly believe in a natural approach to overall health care.  It is through my personal journey of maintaining good health, raising a special needs child, and being a caregiver to a diabetic family member that I have explored holistic methods of health care and integrated them into traditional Western medical care as a means of preventive care as well as alternative care. I am grateful and proud to be able to bring a variety of holistic modalities to the community through the Wellness Center that I opened in 2010. I am excited to personally provide Holistic Skin Care, Oncology Skin Care, Natural Nail Care, Diabetic Nail Care, and Healing Touch therapy to my clients.

I am licensed as a Maryland State Board Esthetician and Nail Technician. I am also certified as an Oncology-Trained Esthetician. Additionally, I am a Level IV Healing Touch Practitioner.  I hold membership in ASCP (Associated Skin Care Professionals), AHSCP (Association of Holistic Skin Care Practitioners), ANP (Associated Nail Professionals), and HTPA (Healing Touch Professional Association). I am also incredibly excited to offer, Skin Possible, my own, private line of skin care products based in the goodness of Aloe Vera!

Meet our Acupuncturist

Bradley passionately believes in holistic methods as an alternative to or a supplement to traditional healthcare.  He practices a minimalistic form of Chinese Acupuncture.  This means that he approaches the issue with the least amount of acupuncture points while still achieving the maximum amount of relief.

Bradley graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science from Towson University.  He then pursued his Master's Diploma in Acupuncture from the Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine in Sugar Grove, NC.

Bradley is licensed with the Maryland State Board of Acupuncture.  Additionally, he is a NADA-certified Acupuncture Detoxification Specialist.
